Born again

 

Being Born again is very important as it means that you will be a part of God's family.                                  Let me share a bible story about Born again called Jesus and Nicodemus

Note - I am not going to share the full story of Jesus and Nicodemus. I will only be sharing the main points in the story. If you want to read the full chapter it's John Chapter 3. 

There was a man named Nicodemus and he asked Jesus, "Teacher, we know that you are a teacher sent from God. No one can do the miracles you do unless God is with him.” Jesus replied, “I tell you the truth. Unless you are born again, you cannot be in God’s kingdom.                                    

This specific word that is born again is how we can enter God's kingdom and that is heaven. I know what your thinking How can be born again from our mother's stomach again. Well, Nicodomues also got confused and said "But if a man is already old, how can he be born again? He cannot enter his mother’s body again. So how can he be born a second time?"

It doesn't mean that we are actually going to born again from our mother's stomach it means that we should accept Jesus as our personal Saviour and that's the meaning of born again. 

When we are born again we can be in God's kingdom and God's kingdom will last forever. Jesus then replied to Nicodumos, I tell you the truth - Unless you are born from water and the Spirit, you cannot enter God’s kingdom. A person’s body is born from his human parents. But a person’s spiritual life is born from the Spirit. Don’t be surprised when I tell you, ‘You must all be born again.’  The wind blows where it wants to go. You hear the wind blow. But you don’t know where the wind comes from or where it is going. It is the same with every person who is born from the Spirit.”

So now you see that when we are born again it will not change anything in our human life but it will change something in our spiritual life. 

When Jesus comes again to earth we should be ready and be born again so that we can go to heaven with him
