 Gods Calling! 

Introduction

Do you all know how Moses got called to save the Israelites? 

Yes! God spoke to Moses through the fiery bush. When God called Moses, he gave him 2 signs to perform in front of the Pharaoh. If Pharaoh still didn’t believe or let Israelites go, God will cast down the 10 Plagues :- 

10 Plagues 

Plague of Blood 

Plague of Frogs

Plague of Gnats (a different type of fly) 

Plague of Flies 

Plague of Livestock 

Plague of boils 

Plague of Hail

Plague of locusts 

Plague of Darkness

Death of firstborn 

     The 10th Plague 

  The Plague of the death of the firstborn was when Pharaoh let the Israelites go but Pharaoh’s decision about letting the Israelites go didn’t last for long! He immediately started following the Israelites. As he wanted to capture them again! 

 Capturing the Israelites again

So once after the Israelites crossed the river of Jordan, Pharaoh and his army went through the way the Israelites went and once the whole army was in the path of the river of Jordan. Moses had held the staff in the air and immediately the river came back to its original shape. Pharaoh and his army drowned and died in the river! 

In The End! 

Moses had saved the Israelites from Egypt! 

My Message

"Therefore, we too should accept Gods calling and when we have accepted Gods calling we need to have the Faith and whatever happens to us we should still have the Faith to worship God just as Paul and Silas prayed when they were in prison"

Ways of Gods calling

God can call us in different ways such as : 

1. Dream/Vision :- Dreams and visions happen when you sleep. When we get a vision/dream from God, we should work to what he has shown us in that dream/vision 

   2. God can speak through you :- God can speak through you directly in front of the people with no preparations! Just like Noah and Malachi. God spoke through Malachi to make the Israelites to find out their mistakes but instead of finding out their mistakes they were just asking questions back to God! 

3. Through reading the word of God :- When we have a tough situation or any other type of situation, God can speak through our hearts and tell us to read a specific verse/passage according to how you feel from the Bible!

4. Through a Sermon :- Our Pastor/ anyone can preach a sermon about any topic which is important for us to apply in our lives as Christians. So we should make sure that we keep that message in our heart and God will help us to keep on remembering it!
